After the Trip: Integration Following Psychedelic Experiences
Psychedelic experiences, non ordinary states of reality, and peak experiences have been a critical component of human evolution throughout history. They have the ability to reveal paths and provide insights we may not have seen otherwise. If we fail to integrate those insights into our daily life, however, the potential benefit and potential to evolve and grow is often lost. Learn the importance of integration after a psychedelic journey and how breath and nervous system regulation help not only integration of peak experiences, but, unwinding any problematic patterns in our lives.
12:30pm - 1:20pm Brett Ellis
Mushrooms: What, Why, How?
Microdosing is a term popping up more and more in everyday conversation. But what is it all about, really? What are the benefits? What does science have to say on the matter? This discussion will cover some of the basic strategies and benefits surrounding microdosing. When used properly, it can be a powerful and effective tool to combat a variety of mental, physical or emotional challenges.

Psilocybin and Cannabis: When and Why Plant Based Meds May be a Better Option
A PhD student in clinical psychology, Tashia Petker’s work focuses on the use of psychedelic assisted therapy to help address addictions to opioids and other harmful medication. In this talk, Petker shares some of her research proving that when tools such as psilocybin and cannabis are used appropriately, they can be extremely effective. In some cases, they can even address damage caused by standard western medication and approaches.

Raising Connected Kids in a Disconnected World
In today's fast-paced, high-tech society, our children are growing up in an environment that is increasingly disconnected from the foundational elements of normal development. This talk will explore how the rise of modern stressors—from infertility and birth traumas, to the normalization of screens, self-soothing devices, and over-scheduled lifestyles—has contributed to an epidemic of nervous system dysregulation and dysautonomia in children.

Listening In: A New Way to Understand Hormonal Health
We’ve been taught to suppress, ignore, or push through, but what if your symptoms were signals, not problems? In this session, we’ll explore how to tune into your body’s messages, shift your mindset around hormonal health, and start making choices that bring you into true alignment, not just symptom relief.

Yoga as Medicine: Unlocking Your Body’s Wisdom and Natural Healing Power
Many of us carry unprocessed stress, pain, and emotional tension in our bodies, often without realizing it. This talk explores how yoga is much more than just movement; it is a powerful and accessible tool for healing from the inside out. By grounding ourselves through breath, movement, and stillness, yoga helps us settle into the body, creating a space to truly listen and tune into its wisdom. Our bodies hold important messages related to pain, trauma, and emotional triggers, and by connecting with this inner guidance, we can begin the healing process. I will also introduce the chakra system as a simple mind-body map, and guide a brief practice to help attendees tune inward and become the observer. This practice is an essential first step toward understanding the body’s intelligence.
1:00pm - 1:50pm Chris Nelson
Cannabis and Healthy Living: Exploring Benefits and Safe Use

The discussion will also explore how cannabis interacts with the body via the endocannabinoid system, and how different forms of consumption can be safely used. Special focus will be on how cannabis can help manage pain, improve sleep, and alleviate anxiety, offering a potential alternative to traditional medications.

From Chaos to Cohesion: How Nervous System Integration Creates Real-Life Peace
What if anxiety, burnout, or disconnection weren’t personality flaws, but instead messages being sent by our nervous systems trying to protect us? This talk introduces the concept of nervous system regulation in a grounded, practical way. Learn how simple, body-based strategies can begin to restore a sense of calm, clarity, and cohesion.
3:00pm - 3:50pm Josh Stilborn
Beyond Pills & Procedures: The Science of Light-Based Pain Relief
Josh Stilborn, founder of The Recovery Spa, introduces the science of Photobiomodulation Therapy (PBMt) —a clinically backed, non-invasive approach to reducing pain, inflammation, and fatigue using specific wavelengths of light. Drawing from over 7,000 published studies, PBMt works by stimulating mitochondria, enhancing cellular energy, and supporti
ng the body’s natural healing processes. This talk will explore how light therapy is being used by both medical professionals and wellness practitioners to manage chronic pain, accelerate recovery, and improve overall well-being — with no drugs, downtime, or side effects
WORK SESSION
10:30 AM to 12:00pm Yoga Nidra: Deep Rest for Nervous System Regulation and Inner Awareness
MEZZANINE, LEFT with Juliet Aujla-Fieldt
Yoga Nidra, or "yogic sleep," is a guided systematic meditation practice that brings the body into a state of deep rest while the mind remains aware. In this session, you'll be gently led through breath awareness, body sensing, and imagery that guide the nervous system out of fight-or-flight and into parasympathetic dominance—supporting recovery, resilience, and emotional clarity. Clinically, Yoga Nidra has been shown to reduce anxiety, improve sleep quality, and aid in trauma processing. It also shifts brain wave activity from active beta states through alpha and theta, into the deeply restorative delta state—enhancing neuroplasticity and integration. Rooted in ancient yogic teachings, the practice is also considered a gateway to expanded states of consciousness and inner transformation. It has been regarded as a practice of conscious dying and rebirth, supporting deep spiritual insight. No experience necessary; simply lie down and be guided inward.
